This policy together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to on it, set out the basis on which any Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from you or which you provide to us will be processed by us as a result of using or interacting with our website as set out below. We aim at all times to process and collect your data lawfully, transparently, fairly and without adversely affecting your rights as a Data Subject (as defined below). For the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation (as defined below), the data controller is Neil Shacklock Plumbing and Heating Contractors Limited, a limited liability company with company number 00929449 whose registered office is at Shacklock House, Brierley Industrial Park, Brierley Park Close Stanton Hill, Nottinghamshire, NG17 3FW.
Our nominated representative, as Data Protection Officer for the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation is Damian Shacklock.

By way of examples: to reflect changes to the services we offer, user’s needs, regulatory or legal requirements. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us. We will not knowingly accept any data from a person who is under the age of 18 years.
Information We Collect from you
We will collect and process the following information:
technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;
information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call us.
If you: (a) complete one of our enquiry forms on the Shacklocks Site; (b) enter into a contract with us for our services; (c) report a problem with the Shacklocks Site; or (d) otherwise correspond with us, we may collect your name, address (including e-mail address), other contact details, including your phone number.
Use of your information
We will use the data collected about you in the following ways:
to provide services to you, including but not limited to plumbing, heating and electrical works;
improve the efficiency of the Shacklocks Site;

to deal with your enquiry with a view to entering into a contract with you;

Where we store your personal data
Although the data we collect from you is stored in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), data transferred to third parties to perform our contract with you may be transferred to third parties outside the EEA, e.g. data passed to developers and subcontractors, including information sent and received on email. By submitting Personal Data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
As referred to above, all information you provide to us is stored in Tier 3 data centres. The physical security measures these data centres have in place are:
24/7 Physical security guard services
Physical entry restrictions to the property and the facility
Physical entry restrictions to our co-located datacentre within the facility
Full CCTV coverage externally and internally for the facility
Biometric readers with two-factor authentication
Facilities are unmarked as to not draw attention from the outside
Battery and generator backup
Generator fuel carrier redundancy
Secure loading zones for delivery of equipment.
Squarespace also have infrastructure, access logging and security monitoring, details of which can be found via the link above.
In addition, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt the data on the Shacklocks Site. The parties with whom we share your data to perform our contract with you may have different arrangements in place.
When you submit your Personal Data to the Shacklocks Site via an enquiry form an e mail will be sent to one of the team. No Personal Data is stored on the Shacklocks Site. We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you give your express consent.
We take all reasonable technical, organisation and security steps to ensure that the information you supply to us over the internet is secure.
Your rights
As a Data Subject under the Data Protection Legislation you have the following rights:

You have the right to ask us to erase the Personal Data we hold if: (i) it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data; (ii) you wish to withdraw your consent to us holding the data; (iii) you object to us holding or processing the data; (iv) you believe that we have processed the data unlawfully; or (v) the data needs to be erased for us to comply with a particular legal obligation. Any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
