Project Overview:
We recently successfully completed a 4 year contract with Nottingham City Homes which involved all aspects of domestic electrical works in both tenanted and void properties.
With a housing stock of 26000 properties, our role was to assist NCH’s direct labour to deliver the unpredictable requirements for electrical repairs and upgrades identified from condition reports and properties becoming void.
In addition to this work, we have also undertaken a number of lighting schemes to communal areas of a number of the authority’s high-rise flats along with full electrical upgrades of sheltered accommodation complexes.
